Respect everyone\u2019s pace
\u2022 Everyone runs differently.
Listen to your pacer
\u2022 Follow instructions about the route, regrouping, and safety.
Communicate
\u2022 Let others know if you\u2019re stopping, slowing down, or need help.
Encourage others
\u2022 A simple word of encouragement can go a long way.
Be mindful of your surroundings
\u2022 Give pedestrians, cyclists, vehicles, and other runners enough space.
Look out for fellow runners

There\u2019s no universal \u201crunner pace.\u201d<\/strong> Find a comfortable group, and remember that walking is completely okay.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n
